Everything you need to know to watch the 2025 edition of The American Showcase Division I & Division II on Varsity TV on April 5-6.

The American Showcase Division I & Division II is headed back to California in 2025, but there will be a venue change from the Anaheim Convention Center to the nearby Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles.
Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event on April 5-6, and it will mark the final weekend of competition for American Championship Events this season. Another competition will be taking place simultaneously in Massachusetts.
Built and refined through feedback from coaches, American Championship Events are high-energy and look to provide the best tools, venue and experience for competitors, coaches, spectators and judges.
The competitions also feature a state-of-the-art judging system with video replay, Olympic-style awards, jackets for champions and gifts for all competitors and coaches.

What To Know About The Los Angeles Convention Center
As the American Showcase Division I & Division II makes the move to the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, competitors and their guests will get to enjoy a venue and downtown area like few others.
The LACC hosts an average of 300 events each year, including the 2025 edition of USA All Star Cheer Super Nationals in March.
The facility includes more than 867,000 square feet of space (five exhibit halls, 64 meeting rooms, outdoor space, 299-seat theater), an ideal location and flexibility for events of all kinds.
The convention center opened in 1971 and has been expanded three times – 1981, 1993 and 1997.

Things To Do In The Los Angeles Area
For those not familiar with the geography of California, Los Angeles and Anaheim are about 25 miles apart, which means anyone returning from previous editions of the American Showcase Division I & Division II can revisit some of their favorite places or explore a completely new area.
Los Angeles is a balanced mix of luxury meets practicality.
There are more than 10,000 hotel rooms surrounding the Los Angeles Convention Center. There’s a 100-acre campus for meetings and entertainment. The journey to the airport is only 16 miles. There is a variety of unique neighborhoods. The sun shines more than 300 days a year.

While all of the great things from last year still are close enough to revisit or see for the first time, including Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, Knott’s Berry Farm, Knott’s Soak City, Universal Studios Hollywood, Six Flags Magic Mountain, LEGOLAND California and SeaWorld San Diego, there still will be plenty to see in do in and around the Los Angeles Convention Center.
There are many movie and TV sets/studios/tours, celebrity homes, professional and collegiate sporting events, museums, walking tours, the famous Hollywood sign, hiking, beaches, architecture, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and so much more.

The 2025 edition of The American Showcase DI & DII will stream LIVE on Varsity TV.
The rebroadcast will stream on Varsity TV on a delay of 24 hours.

The League by Varsity All Star
The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star event this season will be included in The League by Varsity All Star.
Team rankings are determined by the points system displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.
In total, 128 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region.
One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions and two League 6 conferences, meaning 42 championships will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
