Elite cheer and dance events are about much more than just competition. They’re about making memories with friends, teammates and family, spending time in amazing locations and learning about sportsmanship. 

Teams often spend all season working hard to qualify for one of the prestigious end-of-season championship events, and once they get there, it’s mostly business. 

One of the newer end-of-season events, however, is geared toward celebrating more than just the wins, and the name reflects that. 

The Varsity All Star CELEBRATION – Powered by The Summit simply is geared toward celebrating the end of the season – months of practice and travel and ups and downs, not just the wins.

The event, introduced in 2024, is open to All Star and recreational cheer teams of all ages and skill levels, and Varsity TV again will have every minute of the action from the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida! 

This year’s edition of The CELEBRATION is scheduled for April 26-27, and it will follow The 2025 Youth Summit, which is being held at the Tampa CC on April 24-25.

Bids are not required for The CELEBRATION, which really is about a fun sendoff for the current season. 

Enjoy complete coverage of The CELEBRATION, as Division I and Division II cheer teams – prep, novice, recreational, CheerABILITIES and elite/IASF divisions (plus international teams) go head-to-head with their focus being on having fun and celebrating the end of a successful season.

What To Know About The Tampa Convention Center

The Varsity All Star CELEBRATION – Powered by The Summit heads back to the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida, where it debuted in 2024.

It offers the perfect way for many teams to extend their time in the beautiful Tampa area, as it immediately follows the 2025 edition of the Youth Summit.

The Tampa Convention Center is a waterfront property located in downtown Tampa that features more than 600,000 square feet of versatile space to go along with its picturesque backdrop. It’s less than 20 minutes from the airport and close to more than 100 local attractions.

The four levels of space include an exhibition hall, ballroom, pre-function areas, breakout rooms, cafes, gathering areas and state-of-the-art amenities.

The young athletes headed to Florida for the Youth Summit 2025 and/or The Varsity All Star CELEBRATION probably couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate another challenging season of hard work and competition.
