Everything you need to know to watch the 2025 UCA Tennessee Extreme Regional on Varsity TV on Nov. 21-22.

With almost 30 events scheduled for November, the Universal Cheerleaders Association will keep teams and fans busy and entertained. There will be a break in the action the last week of the month for those who will be celebrating Thanksgiving or simply need a refresh before things ramp up again in December.
Among the events will be the 2025 UCA Tennessee Extreme Regional, which will return to the Farm Bureau Exposition Center in Lebanon, Tennessee – minutes from Nashville – and instead of just one day of competition, this year’s visit will span two days – Nov. 21-22.
The UCA Tennessee Extreme Regional will include school, mascot, band, game day and recreational divisions, so guests will get to enjoy a little bit of everything. Those who can’t be there in person can watch it all happen live on Varsity TV!
The busy UCA schedule and variety of locations offers teams the opportunity to stay sharp, competitive and find events that are conveniently located. Plus, the more athletes who can compete each year, just adds to the five decades of UCA tradition.
UCA competitions are focused on combining the motivation and excitement of cheerleading and the entertainment of high-level skills and athleticism. And, while November might be the busiest month, the full season runs from mid-October until late January.
The Tennessee Extreme Regional is one of almost 50 regional events facilitated across the country each year by UCA, along with the annual UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Enjoy complete coverage of the 2025 UCA Tennessee Extreme Regional, as school and recreational teams go head-to-head with their sights set on a coveted championship and potentially earning spots in the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship in February 2025.

What To Know About The Farm Bureau Exposition Center
The Farm Bureau Exposition Center opened in 2016 with the intention of hosting a variety of events each year – agricultural, entertainment, sports, meetings, festivals, weddings, commercial events and more.
The venue is about 20 minutes from Nashville International Airport, so traveling in and out for events is convenient. It also makes enjoying all the amazing things Music City has to offer much easier, so a weekend of competition could become a mini vacation without much trouble.
The Farm Bureau Exposition Center, formerly the Wilson County Exposition Center, features 79,000 square feet of meeting space, the newest technology and the ability to provide all of the amenities an event might require.
The Main Exhibit Hall is 45,000 square feet of flexible space, while the carpeted South Hall is 7,000 square feet for more intimate events.
On-site complementary parking simplifies travel in and out even more.

The newly built facility is an important, but small, part of the James E. Ward Agricultural Grounds, which is where the Wilson County Fair has been held since 1979. Since 2021, the area also has hosted the Tennessee State Fair.
The Wilson County Fairgrounds holds the Tennessee State Fair in conjunction with the Wilson County Fair each year in mid-August. The dates for 2026 will be Aug. 13-22.
Things To Do In Lebanon, Tennessee
Lebanon is located in Middle Tennessee, and close enough to Nashville that you might be able to hear all of the amazing sounds coming from America’s Music City.
That’s an exaggeration, but with only about 25 miles between the two cities, there’s no reason why spending time in Nashville can’t be the perfect way to fill any downtime during the weekend. Or, families can just plan to arrive early, or stay longer, to enjoy the sights and incredible music in historic Nashville.
Nashville delivers countless entertainment venues, sporting events, museums, art, restaurants, music along the Honky Tonk Highway and more, like the Music City Walk of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Lebanon itself is small, quiet, historic and scenic, so if the busy big city doesn’t sound all that good, there’s an option for a slower pace, time outdoors and just enjoying the beautiful landscape without having to go too far.

Oh, and despite being small and quiet, Lebanon actually is a college town, too. It’s the home of Cumberland University, which only adds to the diversity of the area – cowboys, musicians, students and cheerleaders!
When there is some time away from the competition stage, here’s a list of things to do in Lebanon.
Also, every athlete must be properly fueled for competition, and Middle Tennessee doesn’t disappoint when it comes to all things delicious. Dive into some Nashville hot chicken, Memphis barbecue, Tennessee whiskey (adults only), fried catfish, stack cake, Moon Pie and sweet tea.
