The 2024-2025 competition season is underway, and teams are making their way to Lexington, Kentucky, this weekend in hopes of securing a bid to the 2025 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship. On November 23 and 24, Varsity TV will be streaming the 2024 UCA Bluegrass Regional, which will feature some of the top teams in the nation, as well as some loaded fan-favorite divisions, including Large Varsity DI.

Some of the greatest school cheerleading in the Midwest will be on display Nov. 23-24 at the UCA/UDA Bluegrass Regional in Lexington, KY! The two day event will showcase a wide variety of action from some of the best Division I and Division II high school cheer & dance teams, to rec & youth cheer along with all star cheer & dance. Many school teams will be aiming to secure their spot at the 2025 UCA High School Cheerleading Championship and the 2025 UDA National Dance Team Championship. Both events take place at the Walt Disney World Resort in Oraldno, FL in February 2025.

The 2024 UCA/UDA Bluegrass Regional is the latest event headed to the Central Bank Center in Lexington, Kentucky, which has become a frequent stop on the cheer and dance calendar each year.

The time of the year has come when teams from across the country are making their way to a UCA Regional event in hopes of earning a bid to the 2025 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. On November 9 and 10, Division I, Division II, and Recreational teams are headed to Birmingham, Alabama to compete at the 2024 UCA Magic City Regional.

It was an exciting weekend for cheer in San Antonio with the Cheer Power San Antonio Halloween Challenge taking the stage on Saturday followed by the NCA South Texas Regional on Sunday.

Among the UCA regional events taking place Nov. 9-10 will be the 2024 UCA Magic City Regional, which will bring competitors from across the Southeast to the Bill Harris Arena in Birmingham, Alabama.

It looks like San Antonio will be the place to be early in the 2024-2025 cheerleading season, as the 2024 NCA South Texas Regional heads to the Alamo City to complete an exciting weekend of competition at the Freeman Coliseum.

Summer vacation officially is over, and it’s time for the nation’s top cheerleading teams to get back down to business.
