Here's everything you need to know to watch 2026 NCA High School Nationals this January 23-25 live on Varsity TV.
The National Cheerleaders Association High School National Championship moves just a few miles down the road to the Fort Worth Convention Center in 2026, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event.
Since 1948, NCA has been on the cutting edge of all things competitive cheerleading and lived by the motto “The Work Is Worth It.”
For more than 75 years, the organization has been focused on competition, camps/instruction and philanthropy, all geared toward helping participants become the best cheerleaders, leaders and people they can become.
Enjoy complete coverage of the competition, as the country’s most outstanding high school teams, from novices to the most advanced, converge on the Lone Star State to prove who’s the best in three categories – Crowd Leading, Performance and Game Day Performance.
Also on the line with the national championships are the coveted Golden Megaphone trophies, as well as the Go Be Great Award(s), presented to teams and individuals exhibiting exceptional service and leadership.

What To Know About The Fort Worth Convention Center
A new destination for the NCA High School Nationals, the Fort Worth Convention Center is just 31 miles to the west of the previous location, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in downtown Dallas.
The new host is in the heart of downtown and is just a short walk to restaurants, bars, hotels, and venues. It features more than 230,000 square feet of exhibit space, nearly 60,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and a 28,160 square foot ballroom.
The 55,000 square foot events plaza connects the center to the Fort Worth Water Gardens.

Regardless of experience, skill level or specialty, there’s a place for all competitors at the NCA High School Nationals.
New In 2025: To compete at the NCA High School Nationals, all teams must complete NFHS credentialing AND earn a bid to Nationals by attending an NCA Regional Championship or Virtual Championship.
