The Spirit Cheer Dance Grand Nationals & Cheer Nationals is headed back to Florida and the Orange County Convention Center again in 2025, and depending where you’re from, spending part of the holiday season in the Sunshine State can only be experienced, not explained.
Even better, is that this event is for the All Star cheer AND dance teams, so twice as many athletes get to enjoy part of their time away from school in one of the most entertaining places on Earth – Orlando, Florida.
For those who can’t make it in person, Varsity TV will be there to broadcast all of the competition from the OCCC. As far as the roller coasters and other fun activities, you’re on your own.
Since 1998, Spirit Cheer has been producing innovative, reasonably priced and fun-for-all events for competitors of all ages and skill levels.
Enjoy complete coverage of the event, as All Star cheer and dance teams from Division I and Division II go head-to-head with their sights set on obtaining points to The Varsity Cheer League and a bid to one of the prestigious end-of-season championships!

What To Know About The Orange County Convention Center
The Orange County Convention Center is in the heart of one of the nation’s most amazing tourism districts, so competitors and their supporters will get to experience a state-of-the-art facility and an incredible weekend of fun, if they have time to take advantage of the surroundings.
Along with the annual visit from the Spirit Cheer Dance Grand Nationals & Cheer Nationals, the OCCC averages nearly 200 events each year and welcomes more than 1.5 million visitors.
The facility includes 7 million square feet of space across two buildings – the West Building and North-South Building. Both feature exhibit space, meeting rooms, breakout rooms and thousands of parking spaces. The West Building also has a ballroom, theatre and lecture hall. Each building has four food courts for hungry guests.

The Varsity Cheer League
The Varsity Cheer League is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every All Star elite team in Youth, Junior and Senior divisions will be included in the Varsity Cheer League.
Team rankings are determined by the point system displayed here.
At each Varsity All Star event your team completes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.
In total, 92 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region.
One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the six eligible divisions and two League 6 conferences. Champions will win cash and prizes!
