The 2026 Aloha Baltimore Showdown is finally here and with action taking place on Jan.11, fans won't want to miss this! 

Part of the Aloha Spirit Championships, the Aloha Baltimore Showdown will see some of the best talent take the center of the mat in Baltimore, MD for a day full of action. 

DI and DII all-star cheer teams will take the floor with 400 points up for grabs in The Varsity Cheer League and the hope of earning a bid to one of the many elite end-of-season competitions across the country. 

All of the action from Baltimore will be streamed live on Varsity TV with coverage beginning at 8AM ET/9AM CT. 

About The Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena

The 2026 Aloha Baltimore Showdown are back in Baltimore, MD for another year of action! 

Fans will flock to the Baltimore area for the big day and Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena for some of the elite cheer competition! 

Located just outside of Baltimore, the arena is close to the Inner Harbor and just 10 short minutes away from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport.

  • 12 Wild Card Bids for The Summit 2026
  • 12 Wild Card Bids for The D2 Summit 2026
  • 6 Wild Card Bids for The Youth Summit 2026
  • 1 partial paid bid and 5 at-large bids to The Recreational Summit 2026
  • Top 3 teams in eligible divisions qualify to The Regional Summit 2026

The Varsity Cheer League 

The Varsity Cheer League is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”

Every All Star elite team in Youth, Junior and Senior divisions will be included in the Varsity Cheer League.

Team rankings are determined by the point system displayed here

At each Varsity All Star event your team completes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value. 

At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.

In total, 92 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region.

One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the six eligible divisions and two League 6 conferences. Champions will win cash and prizes!
