The 2026 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship (NHSCC) teams is here, with the best high school cheerleaders from across the nation headed to Orlando, Florida, to compete for national titles.

It's all part of the National School Spirit Championships, and the competition is so grand, it will take place over two weekends!

The action will begin Jan. 30-Feb. 1 with the DII National School Sprit Championships, featuring three events for schools with 1-1,399 students.

The iconic ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney Resort then will welcome the DI National School Sprit Championships, for schools with more than 1,400 students, from Feb. 6-8.

Each weekend will include a National High School Cheerleading Championship, National Dance Team Championship and National School Band Championship, and all of the competition once again will be broadcast live on VarsityTV.

The teams will take the mat all weekend in hopes of bringing a national title back to their schools. The days will be full of school spirit, crowd engagement and elite stunts and tumbling, adding to decades of tradition at the NHSCC.

About The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex 

The 2026 UCA National HS Cheerleading Championship will be heading back to take the stages at Walt Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, a multi-purpose sports complex where everything from cheerleading, dance, soccer, football, field hockey, baseball and basketball events are held. 

The complex is over 220 acres and has various activities for fans to enjoy the performances and continue to be entertained throughout the day. 

For the weekend of the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship - DI, the complex will cater to all things cheer! 

Performances will be held in six different venues: State Farm Field House, Athletic Center, AdventHealth Arena North (Yellow), AdventHealth Arena East (Blue), AdventHealth Arena South (Red) and AdventHealth Arena West (Green). 

With the complex being part of the vast Walt Disney World landscape, there will be countless things for cheer fans to do when there isn't any competition going on. There are plenty places to eat, shop and even enjoy time at one of the Disney parks.
