We are halfway through October and the competition season is officially heating up! Teams from the Mile High State are headed to Denver, Colorado this weekend in hopes of securing a bid for the 2025 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship. Varsity TV will be live streaming the 2024 UCA Mile High Regional and we're keeping an eye out for the 11 Small Varsity Division I teams that will be taking the floor this Saturday.

In the early 2000s, competitions began to include teams and athletes with disabilities. The CheerABILITIES division was created and instantly became a fan-favorite as the division celebrates differences and inspires a brighter future of global acceptance, understanding, and unity.

The 2019 national champions in Large Varsity Division l are back again this season and don’t appear to be slowing down one bit. Fossil Ridge came to the UCA & UDA Mile High Championship in Denver, Colorado and knocked their routine out of the park to earn the victory.

In only their fifth appearance at the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship, Fossil Ridge High School made history as they and claimed their school’s first-ever national championship title in Large Varsity Division l.
