Live Oak High School from Denham Springs, Louisiana is known for bringing action-packed routines with top-tier difficulty to the floor each season and we got a glimpse of what to expect from the Eagles at the 2022 UCA & UDA Mid-South Regional.

Bartram Trail High School is a team to look out for this season. After having multiple top finishes in Finals the past few years, the Bears are back with a new outlook for this season that they hope to carry with them into the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship in 2020!
