The stage is set for another grand weekend of cheerleading at the 2024 Encore Grand Nationals in Houston, TX! The stars will be out in full force with some of Texas' powerhouse programs in attendance, along with multiple programs traveling in for their shot to take home a title! Some programs will take the stage at Encore Grand Nationals as their first competition of the season, while other programs are gearing up for back-to-back weekends to see what they're made of! It's an exciting slate of action this weekend. Each team will have the opportunity to earn 600 points towards The League by Varsity All Star. 2024 Encore Grand Nationals: Storylines To Watch

Back-To-Back Weekends: 

Several programs are going big this season with two back-to-back competition weekends early on in the season. Several teams who are set to take the stage this weekend at Encore Grand Nationals were also in action last weekend at the 2024 Spirit Celebration Christmas Grand Nationals. This is a very strategic move early on in the season as it gives teams a great look at where they stand. Can they perform their routine at a high level for two back-to-back weekends? Is there any area of the routine that continues to be more difficult than others? Can teams rise to the occasion and aim to hit zero? These are all questions that coaches can get a great look at. Beyond that, it's a great opportunity for teams to build confidence as they continue to ramp up for the busiest time of the season.

Texas vs. The West 

The West is making its way out to Texas!! There are going to be some great divisions to watch full of talent as programs from out West go head to head with Texas! Top Gun All Stars Arizona and The California All Stars San Marcos are coming in strong!

• Top Gun All Stars TGOC & Woodlands Elite Generals in L6 Senior Small 
• First look at The California All Stars Lady Bullets in L6 Senior XSmall division. Lady Bullets and Stars Vipers Cobra Kai will be a great division in L6 Senior - XSmall! 
• The California All Stars Glow, Woodlands Elite G.I. Janes & Pacific Beach Allstars Ice Queens taking on the L6 U18 NT division! 
• The California All Stars Exodus and Stars Vipers HISS is going to be a must-watch division in L6 Senior Coed - XSmall! HISS has been a big time contender in the division the last few years, while The California All Stars Exodus is new to the division this season. 

First Look at Spirit of Texas

Spirit of Texas is celebrating 30 years of all star cheerleading this season, and they are all set to take the stage for their first competition of the season at the 2024 Encore Grand Nationals. All eyes will be on the stage to see what Spirit of Texas has been working on this season with new routines, and some familiar faces returning to divisions! Spirit of Texas Reign will make its return to the L6 International Open Coed - Small division this weekend. This will be another fun division to watch as Reign takes on The California All Stars CALI Coed. 

Also keep an eye out for some new uniforms that Spirt of Texas will be debuting!
